Financing Disputes

The attorneys at Schorr Law have experience representing both lenders and borrowers in their financing disputes. Our experience includes representing commercial lenders to enforce the terms of loans and representing borrowers who have been fraudulently induced to enter into loans without a proper understanding of their loan terms. We also have experience with non-judicial foreclosures, short sales, and action to enforce loan terms.
