Arash Ghadooshahy is a real estate litigation associate at Schorr Law.
Arash earned his undergraduate degree in History from The University of California, Los Angeles. After graduating from UCLA, Arash attended Loyola Law School. During law school Arash focused his studies on real estate and business law. He succeeded in being placed on the Dean’s Honor List, received the First Honors Award for the highest grade in Federal Income Taxation, and graduated in the top one-third of his class.
In addition to strong academics, Arash brings a wealth of hands on experience to his practice of law. During law school, Arash gained practical experience by working in litigation-focused law firms, working as a judicial extern to the honorable Judge Lippitt of the Los Angeles Superior Court, and by interning at an entertainment production studio. Notably, as a judicial extern, Arash had a behind the scenes opportunity to enhance his real estate knowledge by assisting his supervising Judge on researching recent decisions regarding real estate finance and real estate ownership disputes.
Arash is a Los Angeles native who enjoys reading non-fiction, hiking, traveling, visiting new Los Angeles restaurants, and spending time with his family.
