Paul Sande is an Associate Real Estate Attorney with Schorr Law’s real estate litigation practice team.
Paul earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2010. From there, Paul attended law school at the University of Oregon and earned his Juris Doctorate. While in law school, Paul competed regionally in mediation competitions, served as a tax preparer for students at the university, and earned an award through the school’s pro bono law program upon graduation in 2013. He was admitted to the California State Bar shortly thereafter and has been practicing in Los Angeles ever since.
Paul has been a civil litigator for the entirety of his career with a primary focus in real estate law. Working with both individuals and corporate entities, Paul’s representative matters have included broker/owner misrepresentations, high-value commercial lease disputes, easement issues, enforcement of CC&Rs, and construction matters.
In his off-time, Paul is an avid runner. He also loves theater and exploring California wineries. Paul also holds a real estate broker’s license and sells residential real estate from time to time.
