Valerie Li is an associate at Schorr Law. In her real estate litigation practice, Valerie has represented residential and commercial clients in a variety of civil cases involving claims for quiet title, easement, and partition, as well as complex disputes arising from purchase and sale agreements and lease agreements.
Valerie is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and enjoys assisting Chinese-speaking clients from the Greater Los Angeles area. She is a member of the Asian Business League of Southern California.
Prior to joining Schorr Law, Valerie worked in complex litigation and completed internships at the California Department of Business Oversight and U.S. Federal Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California. In law school, Valerie served on the editorial board for the Journal of the National Association of Administrative Law Judiciary.
Valerie is currently an Executive Committee member of the California Lawyers Association’s Real Property Law Section and a board member of the Asian Pacific American Women Lawyers Alliance.
She was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2017 and 2018.
